Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant to manage personnel administration and labor relations at work centers. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work collaboratively with a sense of urgency A leading telecommunications company is looking for an **HR ASSISTANT** with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field to oversee the Queretaro work center located in San Juan del Rio, at the following address: **C. Fraccionamiento Lomas de Balvanera 4, Balvanera, 76900, El Pueblito, Queretaro**, requiring strong accountability and urgency, experience driving a standard transmission vehicle, and availability to travel to other work centers as needed. **REQUIREMENTS:** \*Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (degree completed). \*Experience managing employee incidents for 100–200 individuals. \*Payroll incident management experience. \*Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS regulations. \*Knowledge of and experience monitoring NOM-035. \*Experience handling unionized personnel. \*Experience in labor relations matters. \*Preparation of identification badges and distribution of uniforms. \***MUST KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A STANDARD TRANSMISSION VEHICLE AND HOLD A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE** **\*Will oversee the Queretaro Balvanera work center, San Juan del Rio (must be available to relocate if required).** \*Organized \*Responsible \*Assertive communication skills \*Frustration tolerance \*Teamwork orientation \*Sense of urgency WE OFFER: \- Gross monthly salary of $18,999\.90 (paid biweekly) \- Statutory benefits \- Free mobile phone and computer equipment \- Job stability **If you meet 100% of the requirements and are available, apply through this channel and we will contact you** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,999\.90 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
