Ensures compliance with labor regulations and safety standards. * Personnel administration (onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, and contracts). * Coordination of recruitment, selection, and hiring. * Payroll and benefits control and supervision. * Fulfillment of labor obligations before IMSS, SIROC, and corresponding authorities. * Coordination of training programs and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. * Handling and follow-up of labor incidents and internal discipline. * Contpaq software management.
