




Job Description We are seeking a Human Capital Assistant to support the administrative and operational management of the Human Resources department. The selected candidate will collaborate in recruitment, training, personnel file management, and staff administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. Main Responsibilities - Support the recruitment and selection process (posting job vacancies, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with candidates). - Prepare and maintain up-to-date personnel files. - Manage onboarding and training of new employees. - Assist with attendance tracking, incident reporting, and payroll processing. - Participate in the implementation of employee wellness and workplace climate programs. - Provide support for internal communication and dissemination of policies. Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (graduated or intern). - Basic knowledge of: - Federal Labor Law - Incident and payroll management - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Skills: - Organization and attention to detail - Effective communication - Teamwork - Discretion and handling of confidential information Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $8,789.50 – $9,184.47 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
