Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible: * Selling and promoting assigned products within your budget, ensuring target achievement, regional profitability, and customer satisfaction. * Identifying zones, companies, and prospects to develop sales strategies based on customer needs and in compliance with applicable regulations. * Conducting cross-selling across the bank’s various products to achieve budgetary targets. * Adhering to institutional strategies for product and service promotion and sales, in coordination with the Regional Sales and Service Manager and the Regional Director. **Specific Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Sales experience.
