Job Summary: This position seeks an Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate accounting records and payroll management, guaranteeing tax and labor compliance, as well as financial accuracy. Accuracy in financial information **Position: Accounting Analyst (Payroll)** * Location: Querétaro * Work Mode: On-site **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate accounting records and payroll management, guaranteeing compliance with tax and labor obligations, as well as accuracy in financial information. **Responsibilities:** * Payroll calculation and processing * Control and validation of payroll incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, etc.) * Preparation of accounting journal entries * Bank and accounting reconciliations * Support for monthly accounting closings * Compliance with obligations before IMSS, SUA, and IDSE * Control and filing of accounting documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum 2 years’ experience in general accounting and payroll * Knowledge of payroll calculation and salary integration * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and labor/tax regulations * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience with Contpaq * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Meal vouchers * Savings fund Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Meal vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
