**Job Description:** The Supplier Commercial Operations role ensures that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, aiming to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. It is responsible for managing the procurement of logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related studies in International Trade. * Office, Windows, SAP * Power BI * English * 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in procurement software. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements. What will be your key responsibilities? * Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations and manage supplier performance. * Perform cost analyses to support decision-making and budget planning. * Assist in preparing and managing the procurement budget. * Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers regarding deliveries and invoicing. * Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements. * Provide periodic reports to management on procurement activities and performance. * Serve as the liaison between the company and suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes.
