Service Assistant

Description

A company dedicated to manufacturing machinery, specialized equipment, and machining centers for the metalworking industry is seeking: A Service Assistant based in the State of Mexico to provide support to the service department covering the following areas: · State of Mexico · Puebla · Toluca · Tlaxcala Main responsibilities: · Address customer needs and requests via telephone, providing timely and efficient technical support · Conduct on-site technical visits for equipment installation, repair, and maintenance · Diagnose malfunctions and implement solutions to restore optimal machine operation · Preventive maintenance · Assist supervision during unloading and delivery of new equipment · Verify that the customer has the required electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic connections for equipment commissioning · Provide basic training on equipment usage and operation during installation Requirements: · Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field · Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions · Knowledge of Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls · Knowledge of and ability to operate traditional automation technologies, including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems · Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams · Basic programming and operational knowledge · Analytical and technical problem-solving skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Willingness and availability to travel and work on-site · Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning of new technologies · Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented · Strong communication and customer interaction skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) · Conversational English (preferred) We offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development opportunities Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
