




Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring fleet vehicle availability, efficiency, and optimal condition, guaranteeing operational functionality and continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. 2. Coordinate and supervise repairs at external workshops. 3. Administer quotations, services, auto parts, and towing services. **Vacancy: Fleet Coordinator** **Job Objective** Ensure fleet vehicle availability, efficiency, and optimal condition, guaranteeing operational functionality and continuity in logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. * Coordinate and supervise repairs at external workshops. * Conduct daily pre- and post-route inspections. * Transport vehicles to workshops for service or repair. * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS (Geotab AT&T). * Evaluate and negotiate with workshops and automotive service providers. * Administer quotations, services, auto parts, and towing services. * Submit weekly reports on vehicle status and cleanliness. * Assist with order entry and completion of operational checklists. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience in fleet administration and maintenance**. * Education: **Automotive Mechanical Technician** or related field. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to make decisions, resolve incidents, and conduct operational analysis. **Competencies and Personal Attributes** * Organization, proactivity, and dynamism. * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Quick response and problem resolution. * Responsible, punctual, and enthusiastic about operational work.
