Job Summary: This role provides specialized support to the maintenance department, focusing on campus utilities and facilities, including inspection, installation, and relocation of central machinery and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized support for maintenance of campus utilities and facilities. 2. Participation in equipment installation and relocation. 3. Preventive maintenance management and energy resource administration. **Summary** Provide necessary support to the maintenance department by applying specialized maintenance techniques to campus utilities and facilities. Plays an essential role in the inspection, installation, and relocation of machinery as well as areas (exteriors, lighting, and parking). Also supports central equipment such as substations, compressors, cooling towers, and water treatment plants. **Responsibilities** * Ensure execution of preventive maintenance for campus utility and facility equipment and installations. * Administer energy resource indicators at industry-competitive levels. * Coordinate and execute installation of new equipment. * Coordinate and execute relocation and re\-installation of existing equipment. * Ensure inventory standard deviation remains within target. * Prepare the annual Facilities department budget. * Participate in development of Growth and Productivity projects. * Prepare quotations and track purchase orders for spare parts, services, and tools required for proper maintenance execution. **Education / Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Maintenance Engineering. * Experience with high-power electrical systems. * Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial mechanics. * Maintenance management expertise; familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001\. * Minimum 5 years’ experience maintaining medium- and high-voltage substations. * Experience in civil and mechanical construction works. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. **What We Offer** In addition to future prospects within our growing family-owned company worldwide, Mubea offers opportunities for continuous development, actively supporting your ideas and goals.
