At **INTERDELI**, we are looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented **Cost Supervisor** to join our Finance team. **Location: El Marqués, Querétaro / Mode: On-site / Schedule: Full-time Who Are We Looking For? (Required Profile):** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 years of verifiable experience in cost-related roles within manufacturing companies (food industry, fast-moving consumer goods, or industrial plants preferred). * **Technical Tools:** * Intermediate proficiency in **SAP** or similar ERP systems. * Intermediate **Excel** skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros). * **Soft Skills:** Critical thinking, assertive communication with operations teams, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation. **The Role’s Challenge:** Your primary mission will be to lead the determination, analysis, and control of production costs, ensuring the integrity of profit margins and identifying areas of opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Variance Control:** Analyze and report variances between Standard Cost and Actual Cost. * **Material Yield Monitoring:** Monitor loss indices, waste, and raw material yields across production lines. * **Inventory Management:** Coordinate and audit monthly physical inventories (cycle counts and full counts). * **New Product Launches:** Develop bill-of-materials (BOM) costings (recipe/formula costing) and financial viability analyses for new products. * **Monthly Closing:** Prepare the Statement of Production and Sales Costs, ensuring timely settlement of production orders in the ERP. **What We Offer:** * Competitive gross monthly salary: **[$25,000 – $28,000 MXN, depending on experience]**. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Savings fund. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Interested in joining our team?** Send your updated CV to vgonzalezn@herdez.com with the subject line **"Vacancy: Cost Supervisor"**, or apply directly through this channel.
