Job Description and Responsibilities **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accurately record accounting transactions, including application of customer and supplier payments. * Prepare weekly reports for effective accounts receivable tracking. * Monitor and control application of customer payments. * Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers. * Prepare bank reconciliations. * Review import duty and federal tax documents (pedimentos). * Review and record pedimentos and customs broker expense accounts. * Support month-end closing activities within the general accounting department. * Provide general support to the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Provide general support to the Finance Manager.
