Ability to adapt to different clients and products The Promoter will be responsible for executing in-store product visibility, display, and rotation strategies, ensuring achievement of sales targets and accurate representation of assigned brands. The Promoter must adapt to varying guidelines from different clients while guaranteeing excellent execution and service. Experience * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a promoter, brand ambassador, or merchandiser (preferably within trade marketing agencies or fast-moving consumer goods). * Knowledge of merchandising, displays, inventory control, and product placement. * Desirable experience managing multiple brands or categories (multi-brand). * Basic proficiency with digital tools or reporting applications (Sell-Out, photos, check-in, etc.). * Results- and sales-oriented. * Ability to adapt to different clients, guidelines, and products. * Effective communication with supervisors and store staff. * Organizational and planning skills to complete scheduled routes or visits. * Proactive attitude and customer service orientation. * Teamwork skills and openness to feedback. Requirements * Minimum education: Completed or incomplete high school diploma. * Flexible availability and willingness to travel within the assigned area. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * A smartphone is desirable for photographic reporting or attendance tracking.
