As the **Marketing Manager**, you will be responsible for executing both digital and traditional marketing strategies, ensuring our communications are consistent and effective in attracting new customers. **Key Responsibilities** * **Social Media Management:** Create, schedule, and monitor content across digital channels. * **Campaign Execution:** Implement advertising strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and local promotions. * **Brand Identity Management:** Ensure the brand image is correctly applied across all materials (print and digital). * **Performance Tracking:** Report on sales performance and campaign reach. * **Vendor Coordination:** Negotiate with print shops, media agencies, or influencers. **What We’re Looking For** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Graphic Design. * **Experience:** 2–3 years managing brands or working in marketing coordination roles. * **Tools:** Basic/intermediate proficiency in **Canva or Adobe Suite**, and digital advertising platforms. * **Attitude:** An organized individual with excellent spelling skills and strong initiative.
