We value personal balance, which is why we provide flexible hours, creative freedom, and a space where each team member can grow, propose ideas, and feel heard. ***Job Description: - Content planning for various brands. - Video planning for social media (Reels, TikTok) for various brands. - Scheduling of social media posts. - Monthly client visits for video shoot supervision. ***Skills and Requirements: - Experience creating content calendars and social media video plans. - Leadership and organizational skills to guide clients during material shoots and ensure video planning is executed as scheduled. - Understanding of digital trends. - Understanding of strategies for creating valuable content. - Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Management of 10–15 accounts and handling emergency requests. - Creativity and dynamism. - Proactivity. - Initiative. - Personal equipment required (laptop). - Work Mode: Hybrid (physical attendance at client businesses is required for material shoots; the Community Manager team oversees implementation and execution of the content strategy during these shoots). - Ability to travel to client businesses for material shoots. - Ability to attend periodic in-person meetings at the agency’s office. ***Periodic in-person meetings with clients and the agency are included. ***Availability and ability to travel to client businesses for material shoots. ***Availability and ability to attend in-person meetings with the agency. ***IMPORTANT: For this position, candidates must reside in Querétaro, Qro. Salary: $14,000 monthly + $800 transportation allowance.
