A key focus of the position is leading process automation initiatives to enhance customer response times, strengthen data standardization, and support continuous improvement within the MBU team. **Your Team** N/A **What You Will Do** * Make daily analysis of Finished Goods inventory levels to avoid any shortage shipment * Make analysis of customer releases week by week to detect demand variations * Make weekly customer demand planning to materials planning group according to the current customer demand * Ensure communication with all areas involved to meet customer shipment requirements * Ensure the production plan schedule for all programs * Support and drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual workload, and improve response times * Standardized information flows and data formats to increase consistency and reduce errors. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the forecasting and planning processes. **What You Need** * Integrity. * Innovation. * Inclusion. * Teamwork \& Respect. * Excellence. * 1 year of related experience. * Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Effective communication skills. * ERP Systems Knowledge * Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas such as vlookup, xlookup, sumif, ifs, advanced combo charts design, etc.) * English B1\+ (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations). **What is Nice to Have** * Leadership. * Change Orientation. * Collaboration. * Judgment. * Result Driven * Problem Solving Skills * Experience with PHP and the Symfony framework is required **What Makes You Eligible** * Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment **Important Information** The employee must have compliance with the IATF16949 standard, the specific requirements of clients, the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps) and the Environmental Management System according with ISO 14001 standard and the Health and Safety Management System according with ISO 45001\.
