




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to manage and process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with departmental responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support payroll management and accurate payroll processing. 2. Validate personnel movements and incidents for payroll application. 3. Perform manual calculations and support the review of IMSS-INFONAVIT contributions. JOIN THE PETROFIGUES FAMILY ***PAYROLL ANALYST*** We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Payroll Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting payroll management and processing, ensuring all employees receive their payments accurately and on time. Requirements - Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position - Payroll system proficiency; Contpaq experience preferred - Ability to handle multiple legal entities simultaneously - Experience managing a workforce of at least 15 people - Knowledge of IMSS-INFONAVIT regulations - Intermediate Excel skills Responsibilities: - Receive, validate, and file personnel movements and incidents for payroll application - Support requests for affiliation-related movements (hires, terminations, and salary adjustments) - Employee assistance - Analyze pre-payroll reports, calculations, and weekly payments - Manual calculations (vacation bonuses, severance payments, settlements, overtime, Sunday premiums, holiday pay, bonuses, etc.) - Prepare and submit documents related to the payroll area - Support IMSS-INFONAVIT credit reviews - Support IMSS contribution issuance reviews - Reconcile IMSS-INFONAVIT reports - Support maintaining updated HeadCount and weekly reports - Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll - Support implementation of payroll process improvements - Manage and deliver or dispatch payroll receipts Benefits - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexible scheduling available on payroll closing days - Location: Cerrito Colorado, Querétaro (On-site employment) - Monthly salary of $15,000.00 - Statutory benefits - Excellent work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Keywords: analyst, sueldo, paga, retribucion, salary, payslip, payroll, wage, pay, payment, nominista
