Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitor to join our team, providing real-time tracking of vehicles, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time tracking of vehicles en route via GPS and reporting. 2. Incident management and strict adherence to security protocols. 3. Analysis of transit times and verification of vehicle speeds. TRANSPORTES MINEROS DEL COBRE S.A DE C.V, a company dedicated to transportation, logistics, and warehousing, has an opening to join its workforce as: MONITOR * Knowledge of: ISO 9000 Quality Management System, Incident Reporting, Vehicle Tracking, Strict Adherence to Security Protocols, Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience: 2 years in a similar position * Responsibilities: 1\. Monitor vehicles en route in real time via GPS. 2\. Send the client location report every 50 minutes, reporting any possible anomalies. 3\. Submit internal location reports every 50 minutes; immediately inform the direct supervisor of any anomalies. 4\. Record incidents in the incident log F\-254; strictly follow the accident response instructions; maintain contact with the driver; verify vehicle speeds during transit. 5\. Verify vehicle transit times; handle critical calls from drivers; define geofences and routes; monitor the planned route versus the actual route followed. 6\. Analyze transit times (departure/stop/arrival). 7\. Generate on-time vehicle performance indicator. 8\. Report speed and RPM violations; follow instructions from the direct supervisor; perform MCBP's. 9\. Support AOT on Saturdays and Sundays. 10\. Hand over shift to CT in printed format; conduct daily safety checks and maintain records. 11\. Fully cover the AOT position when required.
