




Job Summary: This position ensures compliance with quality specifications and tolerances for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products through audits and inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products. 2. Halt and release processes to guarantee quality compliance. 3. Record inspections and ensure operational discipline. • Ensure compliance with quality specifications and tolerances for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products through compliance audit walkthroughs, collecting and analyzing samples at each process step. • Verify compliance with dimensions, gauges, appearance, and functionality of products through physical measurements, comparisons against previously released samples, color and tone comparisons against Pantone standards, print registration checks, bottom seal and longitudinal seal tests. • Halt processes where finished or semi-finished products are found non-compliant with specifications and tolerances, and notify supervisors responsible for the relevant equipment or area to initiate corrective action. • Report process halts due to non-compliance of finished or semi-finished product specifications to the Quality Manager. • Release processes halted due to quality issues, ensuring that specification failures have been resolved per established procedures. • Report any deviations from operational discipline. • Record the results of all quality inspections conducted during walkthroughs. • Maintain up-to-date records. • Approve raw materials (resin, masterbatch, additives, inks, packaging materials, etc.) used in the transformation process. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High school diploma (General Baccalaureate) Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 26 and 40 years Knowledge: Measuring equipment, Quality inspection, Quality control analysis, Quality inspection Keywords: quality, qa
