**RH HUNTING is seeking a Senior ERP Specialist in Querétaro, Querétaro** --------------------------------------------------------------- *Mexican company specializing in IT consulting and services, focused on automation solutions, cloud-based ERP systems, and customer experience, is looking for a* ***Senior ERP Specialist for Financial Modules****.* **Work modality:** 95% remote work \+ 5% client visits (occasional). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed or certified). * 5 years of experience implementing ERP systems. * Experience with ERPs such as: * + SAP ERP + Oracle ERP + NetSuite + Odoo + Acumatica or similar. * Solid experience in **financial modules (MANDATORY)**. * Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and ERP configuration. * Proficiency in queries and reporting. * **Intermediate to advanced English (reading proficiency).** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel. * Willingness to travel. **Technical knowledge:** * Accounting and administrative processes (mid-to-high level). * Generation and analysis of workflows. * SQL (mid-level). * Reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Report Designer, or similar). * Distribution modules *(desirable)*. **Key responsibilities:** * Requirements gathering and documentation with clients. * Solution and/or customization design. * ERP implementation (primarily Acumatica). * Query and reporting generation. * End-user training. * Advanced-level support for complex incidents. **Key skills:** * Self-taught. * Analytical thinking. * Customer-oriented approach. * Problem-solving ability. * Teamwork. **We offer:** * Competitive salary of $40,000 to $50,000 gross monthly (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory benefits (from day one). * Major Medical Expenses, Life, and Accident Insurance (after 6 months). * Predominantly remote work arrangement (95%). * Travel allowances. * Training and onboarding. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * (Availability required for extraordinary incidents) **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher \- certified **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * Problem solving * Self-taught * Customer-focused *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a10efc44b000041008c1da8\&source\=indeed*
