We are currently seeking talent for the following position: Middle Project Manager Position Objective: Lead software development projects, ensuring compliance with requirements, deadlines, and quality standards through efficient resource management, effective communication, and results-oriented work methodologies. What We Are Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field. * PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred. * 3 years of experience managing software development projects. * Experience in establishing and managing PMOs. * Conversational English — Mandatory. Knowledge of: * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall). Technical Skills: * Basic knowledge of software architecture, databases, and development. * Ability to assess the technical complexity of tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Requirements Management: * Gather, understand, and document functional and technical requirements. * Validate scope with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Analysis and Planning: Conduct project feasibility and risk analysis. * Develop detailed work plans (schedules, milestones, deliverables). * Define KPIs and tracking metrics. * Adherence to deadlines and budgets. * Internal/external customer satisfaction. * Risk and deviation reduction. * Successful implementation of PMO and standardized processes. * Monitor progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure). * Report status to management and internal/external clients. * Technical management and understanding of technical concepts to assess task complexity. * Validate estimates and ensure activities are realistic. * PMO and Continuous Improvement: * Design and implement processes and standards for project management. * Contribute to organizational maturity.
