




Objective Be the CEO's shadow: protect their time, ensure daily execution, coordinate end-to-end logistics, and follow up to guarantee frictionless operations. Responsibilities (Direct) * Full calendar management: scheduling, reminders, priorities, filtering ("gatekeeping"), rescheduling, and buffer time. * Operational follow-up: convert CEO instructions into actionable tasks with assigned owners/deadlines and enforce completion. * Meetings: prepare context, objectives, and materials; document decisions and next steps. * Communications: manage CEO’s messages/emails per authorization; respond or coordinate on their behalf. * Executive driver: timely transportation, route planning, access coordination, basic security, and ensuring vehicle readiness at all times. * School/family coordination (if applicable): logistics, transportation, events, and critical pending items. * Crisis control: resolve operational issues without disturbing the CEO; escalate only critical matters. Authority / Access Access to confidential information and authority to coordinate with leaders and vendors on the CEO’s behalf within defined limits. Schedule 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible hours), as some days may require extension while others may be shortened. Monday to Friday (with possibility of weekend extension, subject to prior agreement and overtime compensation). Statutory Benefits Probationary contract followed by indefinite-term employment.
