Job Summary: We are seeking a Boutique Assistant Manager to oversee the sales team, maximize sales, achieve targets, and maintain store image and product presentation. Key Highlights: 1. Our target audience includes fashion-forward women who love the latest trends in jewelry, handbags, wallets, and watches. **Join our team as:** Boutique Assistant Manager \- GALERÍAS QUERÉTARO. Your role will involve managing the store’s sales team to maximize sales, achieve targets, and motivate staff, while maintaining store image and product presentation — always supported by company guidance and training. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in this role within the fashion retail sector, including shopping malls, department stores, boutiques, and/or retail environments. **Working Hours:** Full-time, from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM, with 2 days off per week. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operational and administrative management of the store Implementation of the store’s work plan Coordination of daily store activities Monitoring store productivity indicators (average transaction value, conversion rate, product turnover, profitability, and staff turnover) Inventory control (transfers, returns, and deliveries) Expense control, budgeting, and shrinkage management Organizing the sales team regarding strategies and marketing initiatives Implementing policies and procedures within the department Personnel administration, including staffing, employee performance, productivity, and training Customer service and complaint resolution **COMPETENCIES:** Goal-oriented and team-based work Active listening Strong verbal communication skills Organization Commitment Accountability Personnel management **WE OFFER:** Immediate hiring Excellent working environment Base salary $12,450 \+ Savings Fund $1,120\.50 \+ attractive commission plan \+ Statutory benefits \+ transportation allowance bonus $1,000 \+ performance bonus $3,000\.
