We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant: a person with a service-oriented attitude, positive energy, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Download databases from Intelisis (Service and HyP) and make calls to administer surveys within 72 hours. Register, track, and close complaints using the VOC form. Generate customer satisfaction KPIs and report them to the Customer Service Management team. Immediately notify HyP Advisors and Management of complaints for prompt resolution. Receive and handle in-person and telephone complaints. Serve customers following the 7-step complaint handling process. Support on inductions and general departmental activities. What are we looking for in you? Experience in customer service. Proficiency in file management and administrative tasks. Excellent service attitude and communication skills.
