Focus on problem-solving and attention to detail **Electronic Payment Media Analyst \- Temporary Position Due to Medical Leave.** **Location:** El Pueblito, Corregidora, Qro. **Position Type:** Full-time, Temporary contract (to cover medical leave) **About the Position:** We are looking for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented candidate to join our operations team immediately as an **Electronic Payment Clarification Analyst (EPCA)**. The primary objective of this position is to efficiently investigate, manage, and resolve incidents, unrecognized charges, and reconciliations related to electronic transactions.*Note: This is a temporary vacancy to cover a medical leave.* **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles (banking clarifications, reconciliations, fraud prevention, or chargeback handling). * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables). * **Competencies:** High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and problem-solving orientation. * **Residence:** Must reside in Corregidora or have convenient access to the area.
