Position: Automotive General Accountant Job Requirements \*Support in supervising accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate records and timely payments. \*Coordinate the receipt, validation, and registration of electronic invoices, compliance with tax requirements. \*Monitor compliance with monthly tax obligations (VAT, ISR, DIOT, etc.). \*Support payroll control: calculation, incidents, disbursement, and monthly reports. \*Generate financial and operational reports required by management. \*Control internal documentation and administrative filing according to audit policies. \*Follow up on internal and external audits, and address requests from tax authorities. \*Collaborate with accounting, human resources, cash, and management areas for proper business operations. \*Participate in the implementation and improvement of administrative processes and internal controls. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS \*Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field (graduate or advanced intern). \*Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting-administrative roles within the automotive or commercial sector. \*Solid knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, expense control, and cash flow. \*Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial formulas) and accounting systems (COI, SAE, CONTPAQ, SAP, or similar). \*Knowledge of current tax regulations (SAT, CFDI, DIOT, payroll stamping). \*High analytical ability, attention to detail, and deadline adherence. \*Communication skills, teamwork, and confidentiality.
