




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payables Assistant to manage supplier payments, perform reconciliations, and record accounting documents with a focus on accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Monday to Friday work schedule with stable hours. * At American Industries, we are looking for: **Payables Assistant** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Administration, or related field. * Solid knowledge of accounting and finance. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate English level (interview required). * Own vehicle preferred. * Availability to serve various clients in person within the Colón and El Marqués areas. * **Skills:** Proficiency in accounting systems (Oracle preferred). * Excellent numerical and analytical skills. * Strong organizational and planning abilities. * Attention to detail and work accuracy. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * **Responsibilities:** Ensure proper management of supplier payments in compliance with company policies. Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash audits. Record invoices, credit notes, and other accounting documents in the system. Respond to supplier inquiries and follow up on payments. Prepare financial reports and collaborate on budget preparation. **We Offer:** Work only Monday to Friday. * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Direct employment with the company.
