We’re looking for someone passionate about technology, proactive, sociable, and eager to grow—someone who doesn’t just resolve tickets instantly but also proposes, executes, and dives headfirst into projects that keep our locations running at 100%, who wins over our clients with outstanding service, loves teamwork, actively participates in community events and activities, documents processes (yes, we know it’s somewhat tedious), gets along well with vendors, and, above all, excels in technological infrastructure! **Location:** Torre Capita Sur Avenida David Ibarra Muñoz \#600, 12th Floor \- Centro Sur Quadrant, C.P. 76090, right next to "The Hubb" **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. * Age: 23–27 years old. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position. * English: Basic (technical reading and comprehension). **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Lunch break: 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm * Saturdays: Once per month, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Desired experience—you truly know your stuff: * Networks and technological infrastructure. * Technical user support. * Excel proficiency (intermediate level) and budget preparation. * Structured cabling. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Installation and configuration of networking equipment (switches, access points, load balancers). * Handling and installation of multifunction printers. * Basic knowledge of software development and testing. * Familiarity with ERP platforms (Odoo preferred).
