The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate salary and benefit payments while guaranteeing compliance with current regulations. **What Will You Do With Us?** * Comprehensive payroll management (weekly/bi-weekly). * Calculation of employer-employee contributions (IMSS, RCV, Infonavit). * Determination of ISR withholdings and state tax calculations. * Preparation of final settlement documents and severance payments in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Attendance incident tracking (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities). * Employee support and clarification of payroll-related inquiries. **What Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing. * Proficiency in **SUA, IDSE, SIPARE**, and SAT portals. * Experience with specialized payroll software (ODOO, CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, SAP, or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas). **What Do We Offer?** * Competitive salary: $16,000 to $18,000 NET * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for career growth and job stability. * If you are an analytical person passionate about numbers, we want to meet you!
