




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle comprehensive personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational development at a Children's Home. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive personnel administration and organizational development. 2. Recruitment, selection, and training management. 3. Support for a social cause with positive impact. We are a Children's Home with over 30 years of experience working with girls and boys rescued from violent environments. We seek individuals who wish to join our project. To serve two centers: one located in Jurica Pueblo and another in the Downtown Area. REQUIREMENTS: \*Qualifications may include: Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) in Administration; TSU in Human Resources; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. \*Preferably possess a personal vehicle or have no difficulty commuting between centers. \*Must be over 27 years of age. \*Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday. \*Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. \*Extensive experience in personnel administration. \*Minimum HR management experience covering 100 people. RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Recruitment, selection, and hiring. \*Tracking: Employee onboarding, terminations, and transfers with IMSS, Fonacot, and Infonavit. \*Training. \*Issuing severance payments. \*Handling complex labor terminations. \*Administration of minor medical expense insurance. \*Institutional events. \*Organizational development. \*NOM-035, performance evaluations, workplace climate surveys. \*Personnel support. \*Management of various social media platforms and recruitment tools.
