Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Operator to perform primary machining of components for aluminum extrusion molds, optimizing cycle times and meeting quality requirements. Key Highlights: 1. CNC operation to optimize cycle times and ensure quality in extrusion molds. 2. Primary machining of components. 3. Maintenance of 5S in the work area. **CNC OPERATOR** Job Objective: Perform primary machining of components for aluminum extrusion molds, aiming to optimize cycle times and meet quality requirements. **Biweekly Shift Schedule** **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.** **Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM; Friday, 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM.** REQUIREMENTS * Education: High school diploma or equivalent * Experience: 1–2 years operating CNC machines * Age: 25–50 years old WE OFFER * Punctuality Bonus: 10% * Attendance Bonus: 10% * Christmas Bonus: 21 days, increasing annually up to 30 days * Vacation Bonus: 50% * Food Allowance: 13.5% * Savings Fund: 8% * Life Insurance * Transportation * Subsidized Cafeteria JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Review the CNC production schedule to identify daily priorities. * Follow the machine-provided checklist to verify proper machine operation. * Check part availability and confirm whether a CAM program is available for machining. * Set up parts according to the process sheet. * Verify tooling list availability and ensure compliance with requirements. * Generate programs and verify tool compatibility against the provided tooling list. * Execute and monitor machining programs; perform dimensional inspection of machined parts. * Record dimensional inspections in the Decade system. * Clean parts and transport them to the next station (5-axis machining, heat treatment, Barber, radial drilling). * Maintain 5S in the work area.
