English: Intermediate–Advanced **Responsibilities:** - Personnel administration: interviews, personnel files, databases, incidents. Ensure compliance with internal work regulations, company policies, and processes. - Coordinate, execute, and control the administrative activities necessary for the efficient operation of the company. - Address client and supplier requirements and needs, as well as the financial resources required for project execution, activities, and tasks inherent to each position. - Implement actions and directives received from General Management. - Support and implement initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. - Identify areas for improvement to implement strategies and action plans. - Petty cash management. - Filing and safeguarding of confidential documents. - Client, supplier, and employee support. - Onboarding of new personnel.
