We are looking for passionate professionals with the following profile: **MEP Resident - Vertical Construction** **Position Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, costs, schedules, and quality standards in vertical construction projects. **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * Review and interpret MEP drawings, bill of quantities, and specifications. * Supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, special systems, and fire protection systems. * Coordinate MEP contractors and subcontractors. * Validate material quality and correct installation. * Monitor project schedule progress related to installations. * Assist in preparing cost estimates and work reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering * Professional title and/or license * +3 years of experience as an MEP supervisor in vertical construction projects * Valid driver's license * Advanced English proficiency **Competencies and Skills:** * Learning agility * Problem analysis * Empathy * Quality focus * Decision making * Effective communication * Teamwork **Knowledge:** * Electrical installations (medium and low voltage). * Plumbing and stormwater systems. * Mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, special equipment). * Special installations (voice/data, CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.). * Applicable national and international regulations (NOM, NFPA, ASHRAE). * Interdisciplinary coordination on site. * Quality control in installations. * Vertical construction processes. * Microsoft Office Suite * MS Project * AutoCAD **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Insurance and Life Insurance after one year of service * Savings fund Work Location: Querétaro Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) – Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm Apply through this channel; if your profile matches, we will contact you.
