We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **Design Coordinator** Position Objective: Manage and apply design tools to ensure project activities are executed on time, within quality standards and budget, using assigned resources. Additionally, improve the performance and efficiency of the bidding design team—whether through technical problem resolution, process management, and optimization. Main Responsibilities or Activities: * Development and review of projects during the pre\-construction phase, collaborating with internal assistants and external suppliers using BIM methodology. * Architectural and civil design, as well as structural design criteria. * Preparation of a project proposal based on client specifications. * Provision of civil solutions, including: floor level proposals, stormwater management solutions, earthwork analysis, and tilt-up wall systems.
