Company dedicated to developing industrial electrical projects as well as general installation maintenance, seeking an Installer, technically responsible and committed, to execute installations, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical and solar systems. The person must ensure quality, safety, and technical compliance in each project, while also demonstrating good attitude and customer service orientation. **Profile:** * Technical degree or Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Desired courses or diplomas in electrical installation safety. * Knowledge of engineering/technical operations. * Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential electrical installations. * Experience in photovoltaic system installation (panels, inverters, structures, etc.) * Basic calculation of loads, voltages, and currents. * Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams. * Connection and interconnection of solar modules. * Basic knowledge of networks and solar system monitoring (desirable) * Communication and organizational skills. * Teamwork and customer focus. **Responsibilities** * Execute assigned installations according to the Project Engineer's schedule. * Mount solar panels, structures, and supports. * Sealing and weather protection. * Determine positions for panels and components. * Install interconnection cabling for modules. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on solar and electrical installations. * Inspect work areas to identify repair needs. * Review material consumption and control losses. * Mandatory use of PPE in all activities. * Clean and organize the work area during and after each job. * Report photographic evidence and status updates to the Project Engineer. **Work Schedule and Location** * Warehouse and offices located at Cerro del Coyolote, Colonia Las Américas * Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1-hour lunch break **Compensation** * Net monthly salary **8,978.65** to **11,467.82** depending on experience * 20 days year-end bonus * Biweekly payroll * Grocery vouchers 8% * Statutory benefits * Initial training Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application questions: * Do you have experience in photovoltaic system installation?
