Active participation in the maintenance of various facilities Caja Popular Florencio Rosas de Querétaro, a Savings and Loan Cooperative with over 60 years of history, has this vacancy and invites you to join its team as: Maintenance and Services Assistant Knowledge Requirements: Electricity, Plumbing, Mechanics, Painting, and Drywall Electrical and Hydraulic Installations Gardening and Carpentry Work Vehicle Operation Valid Class 'B' Driver's License Computer Operation Skills Responsibilities: Support the implementation and execution of a preventive and corrective maintenance program for all cooperative offices, covering electrical and hydraulic installations and peripheral and supply equipment, to ensure safe and timely operation of such equipment and installations. Perform maintenance activities, basic masonry, carpentry, gardening, painting, and general building conservation for institutional buildings to contribute to their proper operation. Perform and support maintenance services for office machines and equipment to ensure their operation according to their capabilities. Support special events by transporting equipment, performing special installations, and assisting the organizing department during cultural and social events of the institution to promote integration among members and staff members. Efficiently implement preventive maintenance services to avoid corrective interventions. Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance and general services. Education: Technical degree in residential maintenance or related field.
