Opportunity for professional growth At **FINAGIL**, we are looking for commercial talent focused on **traditional loan placement**, results-driven, and passionate about customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Promotion and placement of **traditional loans (financial leasing, operating leasing, simple credit, refinance credit)**. * Prospecting and follow-up with new clients. * Personalized advisory throughout the entire loan process. * File integration and basic analysis. * Achievement of placement and recovery targets. * Post-placement follow-up and strengthening of business relationships. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum experience of **2 to 4 years** in traditional loan placement (SOFOM, bank, or finance company). * Knowledge of the credit process and documentation. * Negotiation, sales closing, and customer service skills. * Ability to manage commercial metrics (targets, loan volume, average ticket size). **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * **Uncapped commission scheme**. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Ongoing training. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent work environment.
