A new challenge and career growth At **Brasimex Maderas y Embalajes**, we are looking for a committed, organized, and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. **Responsibilities** * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding in IDSE. * Calculate and reconcile IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT contributions. * Handle procedures with government agencies, including STPS, FONACOT, and Finance. * Train and onboard new employees. * Supervise hiring processes and personnel files. * Coordinate and supervise recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Prepare preliminary payroll in Excel. * Generate payroll in Contpaqi. * Monitor and manage employee attendance incidents. * Calculate severance payments and final settlements. * Supervise cleaning staff. * Foster a positive work environment and effective communication on the plant floor. * KPIs * Coordinate and execute: Annual Training Plan, DNC, NOM-035, and current laws and regulations. * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Administration of compensation benefits, gasoline allowance, food vouchers, savings fund, petty cash, etc. * Coordination with suppliers, transportation, and cafeteria services. * Organizational events and climate initiatives. * Support audits and handle authority-required documentation. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field. * Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role. * Knowledge of Contpaqi (preferred). * Residence near Santa Rosa Jáuregui or ability to commute to the company. * Immediate availability (mandatory). * Confidentiality and humane treatment. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits plus enhanced benefits (food vouchers, savings fund). * Subsidized cafeteria service. * Working hours Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
