We are hiring: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR Administrative activities focused on supporting the General Management department. * Supplier management, quotation preparation, and procurement. * Monitoring supplier payments. * Review of invoices and payment supplements. * Preparation of travel itineraries, flight bookings, and hotel reservations. * Expense control, expense verification, travel allowance requests, and reimbursements. * Preparation of reports, logs, and meeting minutes. * Management of General Management’s schedules. * Filing of physical and digital documentation. Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel. * Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred. * Minimum educational requirement: bachelor’s degree. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Excellent personal presentation.
