**SUMMARY** **We are seeking an outstanding analyst to develop expertise in the areas of news and social media trend monitoring and synthesis, analysis of topics and sociopolitical, media-related, and other contexts.** The ideal candidate will collaborate on digital listening, media monitoring, interview analysis, review and supervision of synthesis and monitoring documents, as well as drafting summaries on diverse topics. The candidate will search for and gather information, study available data on assigned events or news items, analyze the digital performance of topics, and be capable of formulating conclusions, opinions, or identifying findings from case studies. This position is contracted on a fee-for-service basis. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review of synthesis and monitoring documents. * Social listening and analysis of digital conversations. * Media monitoring. Analysis of metrics, indicators, and digital behavior. * Analysis of interviews, events, milestones, news stories, media contexts, and/or sociopolitical contexts. * Preparation of reports and briefing documents. **QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Sociology, Political Science, or related field. Degree certificate and official ID are mandatory. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Attention to detail. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Organized. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and PDF editing. * Interest in and enthusiasm for political, social, and media-relevant topics. * Ability to understand contexts and circumstances shaping media dynamics and sociopolitical situations. * Strong ability to synthesize and summarize information. * Teamwork capability. * Ability to work under pressure, meet defined objectives, demonstrate resilience, and exercise self-management. * Availability to rotate shifts, covering either morning or afternoon hours.
