If you are interested in developing your career in this field, we are looking for you! **Responsibilities:** * Support in recruitment and personnel selection (job posting, CV screening, and initial interviews). * Management of employee files and documentation. * Support in organizing training sessions and internal events. * Preparation of reports and tracking of Human Talent indicators. * Support in administrative tasks of the department. * Assistance to employees and resolution of questions regarding Human Talent processes. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of selection and talent management processes. * Ability to work in a team and proactive attitude. * Proficiency in Excel and office tools. * Availability for part-time or full-time internships. **Benefits:** * Possibility of fulfilling internship or social service requirements. * Learning in a professional environment. * Opportunity for growth in the Human Resources area. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
