HORECA Sales Executive · Job Objective Develop, manage, and expand the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and related businesses) customer portfolio through prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new HORECA channel customers. Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and food chains. Conduct field visits and commercial presentations. Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. Negotiate prices, terms, and sales closures. Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales service. Manage customer portfolio and business opportunities. Achieve established sales targets and KPIs. Prepare commercial reports and market analysis. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper customer service. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or the HORECA channel. Knowledge of the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors. Own vehicle. Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver’s license (preferred). Availability for field work. Excellent communication skills and results orientation.
