Location: C. del Fresno 376, Atlampa, Cuauhtémoc, 06450 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico. Schedule: Availability to adjust shift between 7:00 - 15:00 hours and 15:00 - 22:30 hours. We are looking for a leader responsible for supervising the execution of key central team tasks. In this position, you will be responsible for tracking the quality metrics of the Hub Delivery program. Key job responsibilities * Supervise the dispatch of mid-mile units at nodes with Hub Delivery presence. * Monitor closely the program's cost and frugality characteristics. * Meet with stakeholders to discuss topics to report during metric reviews. * Identify opportunities and areas for improvement with customers within the delivery process. * Create maps to analyze active route distribution and mid-mile journeys. * Conduct in-depth analysis of the program's quality indicators. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects. * Actively participate in meetings with delivery station stakeholders to present program quality metrics. * Work with Field Team members within your territory to improve operational aspects impacting customer experience. * Supervise the execution of Debrief, track backlog. * Prepare detailed shift closure reports with all incidents occurred on route. * Manage capacity files, performance analysis for volume balancing, incident logging. * Experience handling digital applications. * Maintain a positive work environment within the assigned team by actively participating in integration activities. * Provide support to our partners in delivery processes. \#AmazonMexico **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Intermediate Excel proficiency **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Intermediate English proficiency Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
