Position Summary: We are seeking an Interior Designer (Head of Interior Design) to support the development and supervision of interior design for hotels, restaurants, and spas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the comprehensive design of a 26-story hotel 2. Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams 3. Supervise on-site construction execution **Profile: INTERIOR DESIGNER** **Position:** Interior Designer (Head of Interior Design) **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture **Position Objective:** Support the development, control, and supervision of interior design for hospitality, restaurants, spas, etc. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Define and execute the comprehensive interior design for the 26-story hotel (spa, guest rooms, lobby, restaurant) \- Develop complete construction drawings \- Generate construction details and specifications \- Prepare concept catalogs and work orders \- Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams \- Supervise on-site construction execution **Experience:** \- 5–10 years working on hotel or large commercial projects \- Proven on-site construction experience **Skills:** \- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit \+ rendering \- Technical \+ design orientation **Additional Requirements:** Tolerance for fieldwork Flexible working hours.
