




Region Security Director \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS 1\- For all entities and in the fields of Security\*, as an expert, the RRSE* leads the deployment of personnel and asset protection\*\*\* policies defined by the DCSE. He identifies key issues, monitors and measures progress on security matters, and ensures that strategic directions are implemented within his area of responsibility. * Identifies and implements preventive and protective measures for people and Group Michelin assets\* against malicious acts, based on directives received from the DCSE and needs expressed within the Region. * Controls and enforces appropriate protection levels in information exchanges (data classification) between the Region and entities, according to established operating procedures. Legal or regulatory requirements are applied by operational entities. * In collaboration with DCAQ, manages regional crisis response and deploys relevant training/simulations across the Region. * In charge of the investigation process, contributes to the Region's ethics committee as an official member. *(\*\*\* assets: property, data, knowledge \& know\-how)* 2\- For all entities and in the fields of IS security (information systems), Health, EP and fire safety, the RRSE:* Relays guidelines, communications and recommendations from the RHC (Regional Health Coordinator) to the regional ED team for health risk management, aligned with the Group's health policy. * Relays guidelines, communications and recommendations from the SRM (Regional Information Security Officer) to the regional ED team for cyber risk management, aligned with the Group's cybersecurity policy. * Relays guidelines, communications and recommendations from the Zone EP Manager to the regional ED team for EP and fire risk management, aligned with the Group's EP and fire safety policy. 3\- Where applicable, he ensures the development of his team members.
