You will be responsible for ensuring that our staff possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their professional growth and compliance with labor regulations. **Responsibilities:** ✅ Execute training programs aligned with institutional needs. ✅ Develop the annual training program. ✅ Collaborate with various departments to customize training programs. ✅ Deliver both onboarding and job-specific training programs. ✅ Monitor current regulations regarding training and workforce development. ✅ Evaluate the impact of training initiatives and implement strategic adjustments. ✅ Apply innovative methodologies to motivate participants. ✅ Knowledge of procedures before the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Administration, etc.) Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in training. Proficiency in Excel, SIRCE platform, and STPS systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
