Position Summary: We are seeking an Extracurricular Activities Coordinator responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing programs that promote the holistic development of students. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement sports, cultural, and recreational activities. 2. Coordinate institutional events and promote student participation. 3. Supervise workshops and evaluate programs for continuous improvement. **EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR (EAC)** A medium-level educational institution seeks an Extracurricular Activities Coordinator responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing programs that promote the holistic development of students. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field. · Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. · French knowledge is desirable. · Age between 25 and 30 years. **COMPETENCIES:** · Enthusiastic and proactive attitude. · Strong organizational and self-management skills. · Ability to motivate and inspire youth. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **EXPERIENCE:** · Experience managing youth groups. · Camp or summer course coordinator experience. · Teaching or facilitation experience. · Participation in sports activities. · Experience in artistic fields (music, theater, etc.). **FUNCTIONS:** · Design and implement sports, cultural, and recreational activities. · Coordinate institutional events. · Promote student integration and participation. · Supervise workshops and extracurricular activities. · Evaluate and improve implemented programs. · Creativity and initiative.
