Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer or technical specialist (TSU) to monitor workflow, manage inventories, ensure production quality, and generate reports for continuous improvement of the area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and management of production processes to optimize workflow. 2. Ensuring product quality and compliance with standards. 3. Generating reports for decision-making and area improvements. Engineering or TSU degree in Industrial (Production, Quality, Metallurgy, Processes, or related field) Responsibilities and/or tasks may span multiple areas; the following are examples, not exhaustive: · Monitor workflow, ensure adherence to schedules, and verify material requirements and control of WIP and FG inventories · Complete production control records for KPI monitoring · Daily production, productivity, and line downtime reporting; create follow-up reports and statistical control charts for upper management · Handle materials and equipment · Monitor product quality during manufacturing and ensure compliance with production standards · Archive and organize physical and digital documents · Draft and review routine documents · Review overtime hours with Production Manager or Plant Manager; prepare forms for signature collection · Manage WIP material inventories across various areas and support supervisors in coordinating shipments · Manage tool inventories required for operators’ daily operations; generate tool control records for personnel issuance · Address unexpected issues to maintain area operations and drive improvements across various areas Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
