Candidates with incomplete degrees, interns, or technicians are welcome to apply. **EXPERIENCE** At least 1 year of experience working at heights (telecom towers) and configuring microwave equipment (various manufacturers). **Job Profile** 1\) Valid driver's license (with highway driving experience). 2\) Willingness to travel. 3\) Proactivity and initiative. 4\) Experience working at heights (guyed towers, self-supporting towers, monopoles, etc.). 5\) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level) and Outlook. 6\) Report writing. 7\) Communication skills. 8\) Customer interaction skills. 9\) Leadership. 10\) Teamwork. 11\) Ability to work under pressure. 12\) Familiarity with process-oriented and results-driven work environments. Contract Duration: 12 months Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Experience: * Microwave equipment: 1 year (Mandatory) * Working on telecom towers: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
