Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our warehouse team, ensuring timely supply and inventory control with appropriate handling of incoming and outgoing supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages supply and inventory control in the warehouse. 2. Handles incoming and outgoing supplies with suppliers and carriers. 3. Ensures proper organization of the warehouse's administrative files. Schedule availability: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, plus occasional Saturday shifts. Knowledge: • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • SAP system operation. • Cyclical inventory management and control. Responsibilities: • Ensure timely warehouse supply and that materials remain in good condition. • Properly manage incoming and outgoing supplies through courteous interactions with suppliers and carriers. • Ensure proper organization of the warehouse's administrative files.
