




The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and managing urban development projects from planning to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a solid understanding of urban development processes, and the ability to efficiently manage teams and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing urban development projects in hydraulic systems, paving, and/or electromechanical areas. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of urban development processes, local regulations and standards, project management techniques, and proficiency in using bidding and construction management software (Neodata, Opus, Project, among others). Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel; travel expenses supported Must have personal vehicle; all related expenses paid Main Responsibilities: 1\) Conducting and supervising bids to participate in public and private construction projects. 2\) Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed construction plans, establish schedules, and coordinate all project-related activities. 3\) Budget Management: Monitor and administer project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources. 4\) Construction Site Supervision: Oversee the progress of urban development sites, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and current regulations. 5\) Team Management: Lead and motivate the urban development team, including contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel. 6\) Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure urban development works meet required standards. 7\) Workplace Safety: Ensure all safety regulations are followed at urban development sites to prevent accidents and guarantee a safe working environment. 8\) Client Relations: Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, reporting project progress and resolving any issues that arise. 9\) Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, prepare reports, and provide periodic updates to senior management.
